Power Plate, Shake Plate, Gym Equipment in Leckwith, Cardiff for sale
I bought this a year and a half ago for 500.00, its a power plate that tones musles and helps with weight loss if dieting. There are three different settings that target different areas and increase heart rate to help burn fat and a speed of up to 50 Its in perfect working order does have a slight tear in the padding on the Bars (see picture) reason for sale is recently moved home and i have no room for it.
